The Foresters were one of 35 women's golf teams at the Midwest Region Classic on Friday and Saturday and finished 11th in the field.

The team's best round of the weekend came from Amanda Adley on Friday. She completed the par-72 Blue Spruce Course at Kansasville, Wisconsin's Brighton Dale Links in just 78 strokes to tie the lowest score by a Forester this fall. Adley also posted an 85 on Saturday and tied for 31st out of 198 players in the tournament.

Sophie Smith and Paulina Molteni Posada matched Adley's final score of 163. Both players posted an 81 in the first round and an 82 in the second. Eva Kennedy rounded out Lake Forest's top four with back-to-back 90s.

The Foresters' 330 on Friday is their best score so far this season and their final tally of 669 was seven shots behind 10th-place Milwaukee School of Engineering and a dozen ahead of 12th-place College of St. Scholastica. Aurora University was the team champion at 599 and Carthage College the runner-up at 616.

After joining the league prior to the 2026-27 season, Lake Forest will make its debut at the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference Championship Tournament next weekend. The three-day event will begin on Saturday at St. Andrews Golf and Country Club in West Chicago, Illinois.
