Division III SAAC Mission Statement
Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) is a part of the larger parent organization, Athletic Council. The mission of SAAC is to enhance the total student-athlete experience by promoting opportunity, protecting student-athlete welfare and fostering a positive student-athlete image. SAAC Representatives hold the same responsibilities as Athletic Council Representatives, along with additional responsibilities specific to the role of a SAAC Representative. These include specific team representation at annual meetings, and participation in departmental committees, and involvement in MWC and NCAA programming. SAAC also serves as the student-athlete advisory committee to the Director of Athletics and Athletic Department.
