Box Score The Lake Forest College men's tennis team edged out Milwaukee School of Engineering 5-4 on the road Monday night in the Foresters' only dual match of the fall semester.

MSOE claimed the doubles point with victories at the top two positions in thee lineup. Zeke Bisharat and Dikshan Chhikara prevented the sweep with a narrow 7-6 (7-4) triumph at #3.

The Raiders were soon within a point of clinching the match after countering Bisharat's 7-5, 6-1 victory at #4 singles with wins of their own at #2 and #3. Felipe Moraes kept the Foresters alive when he defeated the home team's top player 7-5 in the first set before dropping the second in a tiebreaker but taking the third set super tiebreaker 10-3.

The final two matches on the courts at Nicolet High School were #5 and #6 singles and the Foresters needed both to go in their favor to win the match. Chhikara did his part at #5, prevailing 7-5, 6-3, and Tim Pasea clinched it with a 6-2, 6-1 victory at #6.

It was the final competition of the fall for all but the select Foresters who will be participating in the Intercollegiate Tennis Association Regional Tournament at Washington University in St. Louis October 2-4.
