Lake Forest College Head Women's Lacrosse Coach Lindsey Majkrzak recently announce the addition of Rachel Robb to her staff.

Robb, who will serve as associate head coach, spent the last two seasons as the assistant coach at her alma mater, NCAA Division II Young Harris College in Georgia. Among her roles on staff were coordinating recruiting and managing recruiting visits, scouting opponents, and contributing to player development. She helped lead the 2026 Mountain Lions to a 15-6 overall record and perfect 9-0 mark in Conference Carolinas (CC) play and their CC regular season and tournament titles, as well as their appearance in the NCAA Tournament, were the first in program history. Young Harris was 26-13 overall and 15-2 in the conference in Robb's two seasons on staff.

Prior to returning to Young Harris, Robb was a graduate assistant coach at NCAA Division II Grand Valley State University in 2024. The Lakers were 17-2 overall and Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference regular season and tournament champions that season.

Robb's coaching career also includes a season as a volunteer assistant at NCAA Division II Birmingham Southern College and another as an assistant with Pure Advantage Club in Caledonia, Michigan. She was also a goalie coach for Hotbama Lacrosse in Birmingham, Alabama, throughout her collegiate career.

Robb graduated from Young Harris in 2022 with a degree in management and is the Mountain Lions' career leader with more than 400 saves.
