Lake Forest College women's soccer player Anna Hoffman was named Midwest Conference Offensive Performer of the Week on Monday.

Hoffman accounted for half of her team's goals in a 4-1 victory over visiting Concordia University Wisconsin on Monday. With the Foresters ahead 2-1, the senior midfielder struck at the 76:56 mark to give them a more comfortable advantage and then finished off the game with another score in the final minute.

Lake Forest also doubled up Illinois College 4-2 in conference play on Saturday. Hoffman's goal at 31:30 gave the Foresters a 2-0 lead and, after the Lady Blues had pulled to within one at 3-2, she assisted on the final goal of the contest at 82:08.

Hoffman is now second in the nation with 34 points and tied-for-second with 15 goals so far this season. Her 46 career goals and 110 points each rank fifth in program history.

MWC Performers of the Week are selected by the league's sports information directors. Hoffman has now earned the honor four times in her career.
