Senior Audrey Peters and freshman Jodie Keeling represented Lake Forest College well at the Illinois Handball Association State Doubles Tournament on Saturday, claiming the title on the women's side.

The duo prevailed 21-1, 21-6 in their first round robin match and followed that up with a 21-8, 21-10 triumph in what amounted to a championship match. Their second opponents were Forester alumnae Tanya (Dietzler) Szatkowski '97 and Carly Stickles '08.

Peters and Keeling were the only Lake Forest players in the tournament, which was played at Schaumburg Tennis Plus in Schaumburg, Illinois.

The next event on the Foresters' schedule is the Joe Ardito Contenders, which will take place November 23-24 in the Lake Forest College Sports and Recreation Center.
