Play concluded at the 2026 U.S. Handball Association National Collegiate Championships in Springfield, Missouri, on Sunday and the Foresters placed fifth in the Open men's, women's and combined team standings.
Lake Forest freshmen
Jonah Davis and
Ben Koch captured the Men's B Doubles championship with a 21-11, 21-8 victory in the final. In addition to their four victories as doubles partners this week, they combined for a 6-2 record in singles matches and Davis reached Saturday's semifinal round in the B1 Division.
Forester senior
Arielle Augustyn and sophomore
Satoe Tohi were also in action on Sunday. They won the first game 21-18 but dropped the second 21-15 and the tiebreaker 11-8 in the A Doubles final.
The only singles player on the team to reach Sunday's finals was senior
Audrey Peters in the Open 9-16 Division but she was defeated in her final match as a Forester. It was her highest career finish at the event.
