The Forester handball team competed in the Milwaukee Classic over the weekend and found success in various divisions.
Freshman
Emma Kinane routed her round of 16 opponent 21-4, 21-0 and came out on top 21-7, 21-4 in the quarterfinals of the Women's Open Division. She was edged out 21-7, 14-21, 11-5 by the top seed in the semifinals.
Junior
Dylan Schmitt also advanced in Open Singles on the men's side, prevailing 21-9, 21-15 in the round of 32.

Zach Dybal came back to win 15-21, 21-15, 11-4 in the Men's A round of 16, junior
Parker McElroy earned a 15-11, 15-4 quarterfinal victory in the Men's B Consolation Division, sophomore
Arielle Augustyn posted a 21-11, 21-7 victory in the semifinals of the Women's B Division, and fellow sophomore
Seth Jayaprabhu took his C Singles round of 32 match 21-18, 21-7.
Lake Forest's next competition will be the Illinois Handball Association Singles Championships January 19-21.
