The Lake Forest College Sports and Recreation Center was once again the site of the Illinois Handball Association Contenders Tournament over the weekend.

Forester junior Zach Dybal posted a pair of victories in the tournament's open division. He advanced to the semifinals before falling to the eventual champion.

After dropping opening round matches in the open, freshman Emma Kinane and sophomore Seth Jayaprabhu prevailed in the consolation bracket's opening round. Kinane also outlasted her opponent 15-14, 12-15, 11-7 in the semifinals before dropping a close 15-14, 15-12 decision in the final.

Lake Forest will be in action again in two weeks at the Milwaukee Classic in West Allis, Wisconsin.
