It was the first victory at Lake Forest for head coach Jason
Box, who noted that it "was a good start to the season." He
continued, "Everyone played well and tried to do what we have been
working on throughout last week. The preseason was tough but the
whole team has been pushing themselves and it was nice for them to
have a chance to compete against someone other than each other. We
look forward to improving over the next week of practice and to
show that improvement against Benedictine on Thursday."
