In its final tuneup before the 2026 Midwest Conference Championship Meet, the Lake Forest College track and field team competed in the St. Norbert Invitational on Saturday.
Highlighting the Foresters' performance at the meet were a pair of school records as sophomore
Farah Tawfik turned in the best women's long jump (4.78m) in the program's short history and classmate
Liam Foo the fastest men's 400m (59.99 seconds).
Tawfik also moved into third place in team history with a time of 13.35 in the 100m and fourth with a 28.21 in the 200m.

Ollie Francis took the same place out of 37 runners in the men's 800m with a time of 1:55.16.

Christopher Yoon added ninth-place finishes in the men's 100m (11.43 seconds) and long jump (6.48m) with marks that rank among the top five in program history. Sophomore
Demos Manoukis was also ninth in men's 5000m with a time of 16:19.53.
Lake Forest will be off next weekend before traveling to Cornell College for the MWC Championships May 8-9.
