The latest Intercollegiate Tennis Association rankings were released on Wednesday and Lake Forest College junior Sofia Strupovets was listed 19th in the Central Region in singles.

Strupovets has won 17 of 21 singles matches in 2025-26. Among her victories is a 7-5, 6-1 triumph over the region's ninth-ranked player at Hope College on March 20.

After defeating the top player from North Park University on Tuesday 6-3, 6-4, Strupovets owns career singles record of 58-11. She ranks seventh in program history in overall singles wins and second with 49 victories at #1, 11 shy of the record.

Despite prevailing 7-0 at North Park on Tuesday, Lake Forest dropped from #70 out of the top 75 in Wednesday's rankings.

The Foresters will play travel to Madison, Wisconsin, for the MWC Tournament on May 2. Lake Forest will play Cornell College in the semifinals with the winner advancing to the final against either Illinois College or #28 Grinnell College.
