Swimmer Audrey Kilmer and hockey player Christopher O'Flaherty were named Forester Athletes of the Week on Tuesday.

Kilmer won both of her individual events as Lake Forest swept Wisconsin-Whitewater and Lawrence in Saturday's double dual in Appleton, Wisconsin. The junior finished first in the 200-IM by 11 seconds with a season-best time of 2:13.30 and prevailed in the 100-backstroke by more than a second-and-a-half in 1:02.26. She also anchored the Foresters' runner-up 200-medley relay team.

On the season, Kilmer ranks among the top eight in the Midwest Conference in eight different events and in the top four in five of them.

O'Flaherty scored a pair of goals Friday night as Lake Forest took Trine University, the 14th-ranked team in the nation, to overtime before falling 5-4. By finishing regulation tied, the Foresters earned a point in the Northern Collegiate Hockey Association standings.

With a dozen goals this winter, O'Flaherty leads his team and is tied for first in the league and 13th in the nation.

Kilmer has now been named Forester Athlete of the Week twice this season and four times in her career while Tuesday's honor was the first for O'Flaherty.
