Hockey player Logan Kittleson and track runner Lettia Hoda were named Forester Athletes of the Week on Tuesday.

Kittleson posted his first collegiate hat trick in the final home game of his career on Saturday. The senior forward started the scoring at the 2:17 mark of the opening period and struck again to put Lake Forest back on top 2-1 with 2:32 on the clock. Kittleson finished off the hat trick with a power play goal at 8:57 in the second and the Foresters hung on for a 4-3 victory.

Kittleson leads Lake Forest with 23 points and 16 assists this season and now has 64 points on 16 goals and 48 assists in his career.

Hoda won the 3000m by more than 20 seconds at the 2026 Chicagoland Indoor Championships on Friday. The junior's time of 10:29.97 broke the school record set in 2020 and ranks her fourth in the Midwest Conference in the event this season.

Hoda now owns program records in the indoor and outdoor 3000m and also ranks among the top five in team history in the indoor 800m and 5000m, as well as the outdoor 1500m and 5000m.

Tuesday's Forester Athlete of the Week award was the first for Kittleson while Hoda was recognized for the second week in a row and fourth time in her career.
