The Lake Forest College women's tennis team blanked Milwaukee School of Engineering in a Wednesday evening road match.

Forester junior Sofia Strupovets and sophomore Lilli Dockal did not drop at game at the top spot in the doubles lineup while freshman Anya Mookencherry and sophomore Avelynn Wen won 6-1 at #2 and juniors Kate Feist and Anika Kinnear 6-2 at #3.

The scores in singles were just as lopsided. Dockal's opponent at #2 was forced to retire with the score at 6-0, 6-3 and Wen came out on top 6-1, 6-0 at #4. Lake Forest's victory was official secured when Feist matched Wen's result at #5 and Strupovets also prevailed by that score at #1. Mookencherry took both sets 6-0 at #4 and Kinnear closed out the contest with a 6-2, 6-1 triumph at #6.

The Foresters improved to 4-1 on the season while the Raiders fell to 2-7.

Select Lake Forest players will compete in the Intercollegiate Tennis Association Regional Tournament in St. Louis, Missouri, this weekend.
