The Lake Forest College women's lacrosse team set a program record for goals and assists in a game while defeated visiting Beloit College 25-8 on Thursday.
Six Foresters recorded hat tricks, including junior
Emma Sharp and senior
Jenna Doctor, who combined for 21 of the team's 41 points. Sharp scored four goals and assisted on a school record-tying seven while Doctor matched her own team record with eight goals and added a pair of assists.

Shannon Gibbons tied one career high with three goals and set another with three assists. Senior
Abby Meyer chipped in with four goals and senior
Ashley Carr and sophomore
Ella Maher finished with three apiece.
Senior Krissy Muwahara led the home team with five draw controls and junior
Addison Kennally with a career-high four caused turnovers.

Cecilia Adams made three saves in the game's first 50 minutes and senior
Calliope Saban allowed just one goal in the final 10.
The Foresters led 5-2 after the first quarter and 11-5 at halftime. The Buccaneers scored the first goal of the second half to close to within five but Lake Forest rattled off eight in a row to put the game out of reach.
The victory raised the Foresters' overall record to 6-4 and was the team's third win in as many Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference contests this spring. Beloit fell to 4-3 overall and 1-2 in the league.
Lake Forest will continue conference play at Lawrence University Saturday at noon.
