The Lake Forest College women's lacrosse team was defeated 18-7 by the College of Wooster on Sunday.
Senior
Ashley Carr netted the first goal in each of the first two quarters. Unfortunately for the home team, Wooster scored six times in between those tallies from Carr that raised her total on the season to 14.
The Fighting Scots led 9-2 at halftime and accounted for five of the first six goals of the third quarter. Senior Abbey Meyer was successful on a free position shot for the other, her eighth of the year.
Lake Forest senior
Jenna Doctor and the visiting team each scored four times in the game's final 19 minutes. She now has 45 goals in nine games this season.

Krissy Kuwahara led the home team with five draw controls and sophomore
Ella Maher with three caused turnovers on the afternoon.
Junior
Cecilia Adams played the first three quarters in goal for the Foresters and matched her season high with 13 saves. Freshman
Cy Nash added two more stops in the fourth.
The loss followed five straight Lake Forest victories and the team is now 5-4 this spring. Wooster improved to 10-1.
The Foresters will resume Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference play against visiting Beloit College Thursday at 4:00 p.m.
