The Lake Forest College men's lacrosse team trailed by as many as three goals before coming back to defeat Milwaukee School of Engineering 10-8 Wednesday on Mohr Field.
Forester senior
Trip Gaston scored the first two goals of the contest but the Raiders tied the game by the end of the first quarter and struck three more times early in the second to make it a 5-2 game.

John Shannon pulled the home team to within one before MSOE's second man-up goal of the second quarter made the score 6-4 at halftime.
A goal from senior
John Casey was answered by yet another man-up conversion from the visitors to restore their two-score advantage with 8:48 to play in the third.
Lake Forest junior
Ryan Dousevicz trimmed the margin in half less than a minute later and senior
Chas Dean tied the game at seven with 6:21 to play in the period.
The Raiders regained the lead 78 seconds into the fourth but would not score again. Gaston completed his second hat trick of the season and 11th in his career to tie the game again with 5:14 on the clock. Dousevicz then netted the game-winner 59 seconds later and Shannon's second of the day clinched the victory with just 30 seconds remaining.

Andrew Widlar finished the game with seven saves in 14 chances and junior
Jacob Lipson stopped two of three shots on goal in a two-and-a-half minute span during the second half.
Senior
Jack Gillard led Lake Forest with five ground balls and three caused turnovers and junior
Gabe Boston won seven of his nine face-offs, raising his percentage on the season to .646.
The victory is the fourth in as many Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference games this season for the Foresters, who are also 5-4 overall. MSOE fell to 3-5 overall and 1-2 in the league.
Lake Forest will host Marian University for Senior Day Saturday at 2:00 p.m.
