The Lake Forest College volleyball team was defeated in three sets at Illinois College and four by Central College on Saturday.
Junior
Ireland Van Stone led the Foresters with 10 digs and two aces in their first match of the day.
Illinois College took the opening set 25-15, the second 25-9, and the third 15-13.

Rebekkah De Kok had a team-high nine kills against Central while sophomores
Meghan Winston and
Simisola Osinaike added eight and seven, respectively. Senior

Melania Mathieux tallied 22 assists and served up a pair of aces.
The Dutch took the first set 25-12 and the second 25-21. The Foresters trailed 15-14 in set three before rattling off eight straight points. A kill by Winston eventually finished it off 25-18. Central won the fourth set 25-12 to secure the victory.
The loss to Illinois College evened both teams' Midwest Conference records at 3-3. Lake Forest is now 4-18 overall, Illinois College 12-13, and Central 17-7.
The Foresters will travel to Iowa next weekend to play at Cornell College Friday night and Grinnell College Saturday afternoon.
