The Lake Forest men's soccer team earned its second win in three games by defeating Illinois Wesleyan University 2-0 on Saturday afternoon. Junior

Peter Cirbo both earned their first Lake Forest career goals.
Abdelhamed gave the Foresters the lead at the 19 minute mark. The Foresters took a short corner kick, and after a few passes, Abdelhamed was at the top of the box, and he was able to blast a low and straight shot right into the goal.
Cirbo sealed the win for Lake Forest with an insurance goal with less than 10 minutes remaining in the game.
The Foresters took nine shots on the day with 44% of them being on goal; four of the shots and two of the shots on goal were taken by Cirbo.
Lake Forest plays again at home on Wednesday against North Central College at 4:30 p.m.
