The Lake Forest men's soccer team lost to visiting Carthage College 6-2 on Tuesday evening.
Carthage was up 2-0 at the end of the first half after adding a goal in the final seconds of play. They added two more early in the second half before the Foresters were able to a tally on the board.
Arsene Uwamba scored the first goal of the game for Lake Forest with 61:11 showing on the clock. After a long pass from the far right side of the field to where he was positioned at the top of the box, Uwamba was able to put a swift and sure kick into the net.
Carthage answered with two more goals of its own before
Nico Lomanto added one last Forester goal to the score with less than five seconds left in regulation.

Dennis Turdean had five saves on the day. The Foresters were out-shot 17-6.
The Foresters will play next at Illinois-Wesleyan University on Saturday, September 16 at 3:30 p.m.
