The Lake Forest College men's hockey team was defeated 6-0 at Aurora University Tuesday night in its final game of the fall semester.
The Spartans scored a pair of goals in the opening period, one in the second, and three more in the third. They were 2-for-3 on the power play and added a short-handed score.
The Foresters were out-shot 43-29 on the night.
The non-conference loss dropped Lake Forest's overall record on the season to 4-7-0 while Aurora improved to 7-4-0.
The Foresters will not play again until the final two days of December when they host SUNY Canton. The teams will face off both days at 4:00 p.m.
