Sophomore
Caitlin Mulcahy scored twice in the Lake Forest women's soccer team's 2-1 come-from-behind win over Lawrence University on Saturday.
The Foresters were down 1-0 going into halftime after Lawrence put up a long-distance shot that snuck into the top right corner above Forester goalkeeper
Franca Finch. Mulcahy, assisted by senior
Ella Manthey, brought the score even in the 57th minute of play.
Sophomore
Anna Gracia started the momentum for the play that would score the game-winning goal in the last nine minutes of the contest. She brought the ball far downfield toward the Vikings' goal and passed to junior
Rosalie Wisniewski, who made the extra pass to Mulcahy.
The Foresters are now 5-3-5 on the season and 3-0-1 in conference play. They'll take to the pitch again on Saturday, October 14, at Monmouth College.
