Izzy DeStefano earned a hat trick as Lake Forest women's soccer pummelled Monmouth College 6-3 on Saturday.
DeStefano's first goal game just 11 minutes after the start of the game; she was assisted by fellow sophomore
Anna Gracia. DeStefano's second and third goals came in the 19th and 70th minute, respectively. In addition to DeStefano's two goals, sophomore
Caitlin Mulcahy also added a tally to the Forester's total, brining the score to 3-0 at halftime. The Foresters finished the first half with 14 shots, nine on goal.Â

Lola Halsband, scored just two and a half minutes into the second half of play. Halsbrand went on to score the sixth and final goal for Lake Forest at the 72:15 mark. In total, the Foresters had 25 shots, 16 on goal.
Lake Forest moves to 6-3-5 overall and 4-0-1 in the Midwest Conference.
They play next at home on October 18Â against Beloit College at 4:00 p.m.
