Jodi Marver joined the Forester women's basketball coaching staff in 2025.
Marver spent the previous seven seasons as the head coach at Willows Academy in Des Plaines, Illinois, where she led the Eagles to three straight Regional championships and gave the school its first ever Sectional championship in school history. Jodi was an IBCA Coach of the Year selection in 2023, 2024 and 2025. Willows Academy was 81-24 during those three seasons combined and 147-61 during her tenure.
A 2015 graduate of fellow Midwest Conference member Knox College, Marver began her coaching career as the head junior varsity coach and assistant varsity coach at Niles North High School. She also coached at the club and high school feeder program levels at that time. After three seasons in her role at Niles North, she accepted the head coaching position at Willows Academy.
As a collegiate player Marver was a four-year starter at Knox and finished her career with 1,267 points, 306 rebounds, 167 assists, and 131 steals. She was an Academic All-MWC honoree, a team captain, and the Prairie Fire's Most Valuable Player each of her final three years on the team and earned Knox's Harley Knosher Female Athlete of the Year Award as a senior. In 2023, Jodi was selected to be in Knox College’s Hall of Fame for her stellar collegiate career.
In addition to coaching, Marver is a teacher at Willows Academy.
