Lake Forest College

Brad Earnest joined the Lake Forest College coaching staff in 2023.

Earnest helped lead the 2023 Foresters to a Midwest Conference Tournament title and appearance in the NCAA Division III Tournament. The team was 3-1-4 in league play during the regular season and outscored opponents 14-8 in those eight contests. Four players on the team earned all-conference honors, including the MWC Offensive Player of the Year.

Prior to coming to Lake Forest, Earnest spent four years as an assistant coach and recruiting coordinator at nearby Trinity International University. He is also a member of the Chicago Rush North Select coaching staff and spent six years as an assistant boys and girls soccer coach at Zion-Benton Township High School.

Earnest graduated from Trinity Internation in 2011 with a degree in physical education.

He holds his USSF B License, along with his USSF C License, 11 v 11 License, and United Soccer Coaches 4v4 Diploma.

Earnest lives in Zion, Illinois, with his wife Ady, and their children Mayah and Olivia.
