Aaron O'Neill joined the coaching staff at his alma mater prior to the 2023-24 season.
O'Neill finished his four years at the College with 67 points on 33 goals and 34 assists. Among his scores were 14 power play goals, three short-handed scores, and five game-winners and her ranks among the program's all-time leaders in all three categories. He was named All-Northern Collegiate Hockey Association and the Foresters' Most Valuable Player after scoring a dozen goals and adding 18 assists as a junior. He garnered NCHA All-Freshman Team accolades after racking up 17 points in 2017-18.
Successful in the classroom as well, O'Neill earned American Hockey Coaches Association All American Scholar honors all four years and was a three-time NCHA All-Academic Team selection.
Since graduating in 2021 with degrees in politics and economics, O'Neill has been attending Loyola University Chicago School of Law and working as a law clerk at Brennan Burtker LLC.
