Bill Lund

Bill Lund began his role as the Foresters' head strength and conditioning coach in January of 2025.

Lund spent 2024 as an assistant football and strength and conditioning coach at NIchols College in Dudley, Massachusetts. Prior to that he spent nearly five years as the assistant head football coach and head strength and conditioning coordinator at Roosevelt University in Chicago. He also spent the 2017 season as a wide receivers coach and special teams coordinator for the Foresters.

Lund has been a football coach at every NCAA level as well as the NAIA since beginning his collegiate coaching career in 1999. The majority of his positions included an aspect of strength and conditioning, including a three-year stint at Hope College where he was also an instructor in the Kinesiology Department. Lund is certified as a sports performance coach by USA Weightlifting (USAW) and a strength and conditioning specialist by the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).

Lund earned his bachelor's degree in biology from fellow Midwest Conference member Lawrence University and earned a master's in sports administration/coaching from the United States Sports Academy.
