The 2024 season was the second on the Forester coaching staff for Sal Taibi. He serves as an assistant offensive line coach.
The Foresters were 10-1 overall and Midwest Conference champions with a perfect 9-0 record in league play in 2024. They also competed in the second round of the NCAA Division III Tournament for the first time in program history. The team's 40.1 points are the second-highest total in school history while its 415.5 yards per contest rank fifth. Ian Ramey was named MWC Offensive Line MVP and was one of four members of that unit to earn All-MWC accolades.
Lake Forest is now 17-4 overall and 16-2 in the conference during Taibi's two seasons at the College.
