The Forester track and field team competed in the Elmhurst Twilight Invite on Friday and had five school records fall.
After the anchoring the women's 4x100m relay, which posted a program-best time of 51.41 seconds, junior
One Kenosi turned in another school record in the 400m, which she completed in 1:03.21.
Sophomore
Ollie Francis also had a pair of team record-breaking performances. He placed third out of 61 runners in the 800m and his two-lap time of 1:54.36 was nearly a second faster than the mark he set on the same track at the Chicagoland Championships on April 5. Francis also ran the third leg on the men's 4x400m relay, which was third at the meet with a program record clocking of 3:26.63, which is exactly three seconds better than the previous mark set four weeks ago.

AJ Jones, freshman
Farah Tawfik, and junior
Jacquelyn Han preceded Kenosi on the women's 4x100m relay. Jones went on to finish 11th out of 43 competitors with a time of 12.76 seconds in the 100m and eighth of 50 runners in the 100m in a career-best 26.24 seconds. Her time in the latter event missed the school record by just .02 seconds.

Matthew Lungu on the men's 4x400m relay.
An additional team record was set by sophomore
Inessa Kaufman with a leap of 4.61m (15' 1.5") in the women's long jump.
Like Jones did in the 200m, sophomore
Lettia Hoda improved her standing as the second-fastest Forester woman in the 5000m with her third place time of 18:26.71. Classmate
Sophie Graham was fifth out of 16 runners in the same race in 18:42.92.
Senior
Emmy Punches and freshman
Ryan Talty turned in the Foresters' top finishes in field events, placing fourth in the women's javelin and men's triple jump, respectively. Punches out-threw 20 of 24 competitors with a toss of 29.44m (96' 7") and Talty's mark of 12.62m (41' 5") was better than nine jumpers in the late night event.
There were three of sixth-place finishes for the Lake Forest men with sophomore
Payton Ross completing the 110m high hurdles in 16.13 seconds, senior
Bart Brophy following Francis across the finish line in the 800m with a time of 1:57.17, and sophomore
Michael Kasemervisz launching the shot put 13.96m (45' 9.75").
The meet was the Foresters' last before the 2025 Midwest Conference Outdoor Championships, which will take place May 9-10 at Lawrence University.
