Lake Forest College

Mike Raymond serves as the Lake Forest College Assistant Athletic Director and Director of Athletic Facility Operations.

Raymond returned to the Forester Athletic Department staff in 2018 after a year away from the College. He had been the Foresters' head men's and women's tennis coach from 2011-16 before moving into an administrative role in facilities. He was also the coordinator of club sports from 2011-17.

As Lake Forest's tennis coach, Raymond was 125-101 overall and 49-14 in Midwest Conference matches. Under his direction, the Forester women claimed a league title in the fall of 2015 and his squads qualified for the four-team MWC Tournament seven of a possible 10 times with five runner-up finishes.

Raymond came to Lake Forest after serving for four years as head coach of both the men's and women's tennis teams at the University of Hartford in West Hartford, Connecticut. He was also a compliance assistant for the NCAA Division I institution, which competes in the America East Conference.

Raymond received a bachelor's degree in business administration (with a major in sports management) in 2002 and a master's in business administration from Western New England in 2004.

He resides in nearby Mundelein, Illinois, with his wife Jami and their daughter Aaliyah.
