Lake Forest College

Meredith Cavaleri joined Forester Athletics in August 2024 as the Assistant Athletic Director for Strategic Communication and Administration. In this role, she leads media relations, content strategy, and administrative initiatives that support student-athletes and enhance the visibility of the department. She also oversees the Boomer Broadcast Station, Lake Forest College’s student-run platform that produces live broadcasts of all home athletic contests.

She holds a Master’s degree in Sports Administration with a concentration in College Sports Management from Northwestern University and a Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media and Advertising from Marquette University. Her background includes experience in game entertainment, marketing, and social media with the Chicago Dogs Baseball organization, as well as freelance photography specializing in sports and portrait work.

In addition to her role in collegiate athletics, Meredith is the owner of Meredith Rose Photography, LLC, where she captures dynamic, authentic moments across a variety of settings. She brings a versatile skill set in creative content development, Adobe Creative Suite, digital storytelling, and fan engagement.
