Ryan Mount joined the Forester cross country and track coaching staffs in the spring of 2023.
Lake Forest runners set 10 school records during the 2023 outdoor track season. Nine members of the team contributed to the team's point total at the 2023 Midwest Conference Outdoor Championship Meet.
Mount came to the College after graduating in December of 2022 from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls, where he competed on the cross country and track teams.
He continues to compete for the New Balance/Fleet Feet Racing team in Chicago.
Mount is also a sales associate at Asics of America in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin.
