Albert Greene

The 2024 season was Albert Greene's fifth working with Forester track program and his 11th as a member of the Lake Forest coaching staff. He works directly with the sprinters and jumpers and has also served as an assistant football coach since 2014.

During the 2024-25 indoor and outdoor seasons Lake Forest sprinters and jumpers set a total of 23 school records and made 31 additional entries on the program's lists of the top five performers in each event. AJ Jones was second in the women's 100m and third in the 200m at the Midwest Conference Outdoor Championships and Payton Ross earned All-MWC honors by placing third in the men's 60m hurdles at the indoor conference meet.

Greene is a 2006 graduate of Monmouth College, where he was a starter as a sophomore on the football team. He was also an All-American in the triple jump and Midwest Conference champion in the long jump and triple jump for the Fighting Scots’ track and field team.

Since graduating from Monmouth with a degree in communication, Greene has served as an assistant track and field coach and head jumps coach at both the high school and collegiate levels.

Greene is also an internship specialist in the College's Career Advancement Center. He lives in Schaumburg with his wife Tiffany and children McKiah and Blaze.
