Ryan Mount joined the Forester cross country and track coaching staffs in the spring of 2023.
The Lake Forest women's cross country team finished fifth and the men eighth at the 2023 Midwest Conference Championship Meet. A pair of Foresters earned All-MWC honors and, earlier in the season, the women captured a team title at the Beloit Olde English.
Lake Forest runners and jumpers have set school records in 32 events during the 2023 and 2024 track seasons.
Mount came to the College after graduating in December of 2022 from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls, where he competed on the cross country and track teams.
He continues to compete for the New Balance/Fleet Feet Racing team in Chicago.
Mount is also a sales associate at Asics of America in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin.
