Lake Forest College Softball Prospect Camp

 

Join us at Lake Forest College for an immersive softball experience designed to elevate your game both on and off the field! This camp will focus on skill development, leadership, and building a winning mindset, preparing participants to excel under pressure and achieve their goals. Coaching staff, current players, and guest coaches will lead the day, creating a positive and instructive environment that mirrors the demands of college softball.

Camp Highlights

• Skill Development: Advanced softball drills replicating our daily training environment, including live at-bats and competitive game play!
• Mindset & Mental Game: Strategies for managing pressure, building resilience, and performing with confidence in high-stakes situations.
• Leadership Development: Interactive sessions to foster leadership skills both on and off the field.
• Goal Setting: Tools to set and achieve short-term and long-term goals in softball and beyond.
• Recruiting Insights: Learn from current players and staff about the recruiting process and life as a collegiate athlete.

Equipment
Please bring the following:

• Notebook and Pen
• Glove
• Helmet
• Bat
• Catcher’s gear (if applicable)
• Turf/gym shoes suitable for indoor turf and court surfaces
• Clothing to compete outdoors if weather cooperates! (We scrimmaged outdoors in January a few years ago! Turf field makes things possible!)
• Participants are encouraged to wear their travel team uniform or jersey.
