5/29/2025 10:00:00 AM

The Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) announced the rosters for the 2025 Senior All-Star Games, and Lake Forest College's Jenna Doctor and Savannah Frauhiger are among the 52 NCAA Division III players selected to compete.

The games will take place Saturday, May 31, on Tierney Field at USA Lacrosse Headquarters in Sparks, Maryland. The Division II game begins at 10:00 a.m. (ET), followed by the Division III game at 12:30 p.m. and Division I at 3:00 p.m. Admission is free, and the games will not be streamed. Doctor and Frauhiger were both named to the Division III White Team.

Frauhiger, the 2025 NACC Defender of the Year, started all 17 games and finished with 39 caused turnovers and 54 ground balls, ranking second on the team in both. She posted standout efforts with nine ground balls and eight caused turnovers against Edgewood, and added eight ground balls in a win over Cornell. A two-time All-Region selection, she helped Lake Forest rank third nationally in caused turnovers and concluded her career second in program history in ground balls (147) and third in caused turnovers (83).

Doctor, the 2025 NACC Attacker of the Year, scored a program-record 101 goals this season, ranking third in the nation. She added 17 assists for 118 points, 10th in Division III, and had at least two goals in 19 of 20 games. A senior captain, she finished her career as the program's all-time leader in goals (260) and points (302), while also contributing 92 ground balls, 39 caused turnovers, and 45 draw controls.

The duo helped lead Lake Forest to a 15-5 overall record and a perfect 9-0 mark in NACC play, continuing the program's rise in just its fourth varsity season. Their selections mark the second straight year the Foresters have been represented in the IWLCA Senior All-Star Game, following Ali Graham in 2024.
