The Lake Forest College swimming and diving teams posted victories over St. Norbert College on Saturday in their final dual meets of the season. The Forester women prevailed 135.5-95.5 while the men came out on top 148-79.
Highlighting the home team's performance were a pair of pool records turned in by senior
Noah McAdam. He won the 100m-backstroke by more than five seconds with a time of 57.08 and became the first person in the Sports and Recreation Center pool to finish the event in less than 58 seconds. Later, after the completion of the meet and as the only person in the water, he broke the 25-year-old pool record in the 200m-backstroke with a time of 2:08.89.
The Foresters won 19 of 26 events on the day and the first was turned in by junior

Cameron Schlosser, and junior
Alexander Wilson in the men's 200m-medley relay, which they completed in 1:51.21.

Gavin Biccum swept the distance events with Andres taking the 800m-freestyle in 9:43.76 and the 400m-freestyle in 4:46.71. Biccum finished the races with times of 8:47.58 and 4:16.97, respectively.
McAdam and sophomore
Audrey Kilmer prevailed in the 200m-freestyle, which Kilmer took in 2:11.85 and McAdam in 1:58.24.
The 50m-freestyle provided another Forester sweep with freshman
Isabella Rozenbergas winning the women's race in 27.90 seconds and junior
Demetri Zemenides the men's in 25.17.
The eighth and ninth consecutive victories for Lake Forest were registered by freshman
Joss Hoffman (2:34.05) and junior
Andrew Lee (2:17.23) in the 200m-IM.
Rozenbergas was victorious again in the 100m-butterfly, which she won in 1:05.44.
Kilmer's 1:00.68 and a clocking of 55.08 seconds by Zemenides were good for first place showings in the 100m-freestyle and Hoffman's second victory of the day came before McAdam's rec ord-setting triumph in the 100m-backstroke, which she finished in 1:10.33.
Potts posted a time of 1:09.04 in the 100m-breaststroke to win the final individual event of the meet and the Foresters 200m-freestyle relay teams closed out the contest with two more victories. Kilmer, Rozenbergas,freshman

Valeria Welk completed the women's race in 1:53.90 and sophomore
Benjamin Scott was followed by Wilson, Zemenides, and McAdam for the men, who finished in 1:39.40.
The meet was the last at home for McAdam, Potts, and fellow seniors

The Forester women posted a dual meet record of 8-3 while the men were 6-5.
The next meet on Lake Forest's schedule is the 2025 Midwest Conference Championships, which will be hosted by Grinnell College February 20-23.
