The Forester swimming and diving teams swept visiting Carroll University on Saturday with the Lake Forest men prevailing 157-42 and the women 178-60.
Forester athletes finished first in all 26 events. Junior
Gavin Biccum was one of six members of the team to win two individual races with his triumphs in both distance events. Senior
Demetri Zemenides and sophomore
Isabella Rozenbergas swept the 200-freestyle and Zemenides added a victory in the 100-freestyle while the other win for Rozenbergas came in the 400-freestyle. Junior
Audrey Kilmer took the 50-freestyle and 100-breaststroke, freshman
Megan O'Neill the 200-IM and 100-backstroke, and sophomore
Matthew Strada the 100-butterfly and 100-breaststroke.
Strada, Kilmer, and O'Neill also contributed to their respective team's victories in the 200-medley relay to start the meet while Rozenbergas, Zemenides, and Biccum helped the home team won both 400-freestyle relays.

The Lake Forest women are now 4-1 and the men 3-2 in dual meets this season.
Both teams will compete in another dual meet next Saturday at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh.
