Bailey Smith joined the Forester men's lacrosse staff prior to the 2025 season.
Smith spent the last four years as an assistant coach and offensive coordinator at Glenbrook North High School. He has also worked with multiple teams in the Second City Lacrosse Club in Palatine, Illinois, since 2020. In addition, he founded the Chicago Indoor Lacrosse League in April of 2024.
As a player at Aurora University, Smith helped the Spartans claim four Midwest Lacrosse Conference titles and make appearances in the NCAA Division III Championship Tournament at the end of each of those seasons. He was named All-MLC twice during his career.
Smith is also a project manager at C&P Remodeling in Wheeling, Illinois.
