Lake Forest College

Dana Van Diggelen joined the Lake Forest College volleyballstaff in 2010 after an extremely successful playing career atLoyola Uniiversity Chicago.

Van Giggelen played for the Ramblers the last four years and wasa team captain her final three seasons. She was named to theHorizon League All-Newcomer Team in 2006 and listed as one of theconference's "Players to Watch" in 2009. She recorded more than1,000 kills, 850 digs, and 300 blocks in her career.

While at Loyola Van Diggelen was also the president of theuniversity's Student Athlete Advisory Council.

Van Diggelen graduated from Hersey High School in 2006 and, inaddition to playing high school volleyball, helped lead the SkyHigh Volleyball Club to the American Division national championshipin 2005. She also coached for the club from 2007-08.
