The 2024-25 season was the first with the Forester swimming and diving program for Rebekah Lind. She works with the team in a strength and conditioning capacity.
The Lake Forest men and women placed third at the 2025 Midwest Conference Championships. Forester swimmers captured six individual titles at the conference meet and broke school records in nine different events, including four men's relays, during Lind's first year with the program. They also made 17 additional updates to the program's list of the top five performers in each event.
Lind also filled a strength and conditioning role with the swimming and diving team at Beloit College in 2023-24. Individual Buccaneers broke 20 school records and the men and women combined for a dual meet record of 8-4.
Lind is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, where she earned bachelor's degrees in business management and health analytics management.
In addition to coaching, she is currently an IS business analyst at Optum.
