The Midwest Conference announced the 2018 All-MWC Teams Friday night and Lake Forest College's Grace Larson was a first team selection.
The announcement was made between the two semifinal matches at the MWC Tournament at league champion Cornell College.
Larson, a senior, led the Foresters with 311 kills and ranked second on the team with 235 digs and third with 26 aces, despite missing seven contests. She reached double figures in both kills and digs in 13 of the 20 matches she played and finished second in the conference in kills per set at 4.32. Larson completed her career with 35 double-doubles and ranks ninth in program history with 973 kills.
It was the first time Larson was listed as a First Team All-MWC selection after earning Second Team honors each of the last three seasons. Lake Forest has now had at least one player named to the league's first or second team for 26 consecutive years.
