Michelle Ricolcol joined the Forester coaching staff at her alma mater prior to the 2017-18 season.
Ricolcol completed a four-year career at the College in 2016, finishing with 776 points, 298 rebounds, 139 assists, 110 steals, and 43 blocked shots. She started 57 of the 87 games in which she played and captained the squad as a senior. Ricolcol was named Second Team All-Midwest Conference following each of her final two seasons and the Team's Most Valuable Player her senior year.
Ricolcol was also a two-year letter winner in golf, earning team captain and Most Improved Player honors along the way.
After double-majoring in art history and communication and graduated from Lake Forest in 2016, Ricolcol has worked for Ravinia Festival in nearby Highland Park, where she began as an intern but now serves as a communications associate.
She resides in Wilmette, Illinois.
