The Lake Forest College men's and women's swimming and diving teams were among the 713 squads around the country designated as Scholar All-America teams by the College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA).
To be selected as a CSCAA Scholar All-America Team, programs must have achieved a grade point average of 3.00 or higher in the fall semester. The teams represent 460 institutions from across all NCAA, NAIA and NJCAA Divisions with Lake Forest among the many schools to have both their men's and women's teams earn the status.
The Forester women combined for a 3.26 GPA in the fall and earned the award for the 14th time in the last 15 semesters.
Lake Forest's men's team compiled a 3.21 GPA to claim Scholar All-America status for the sixth semester in a row.
Both teams are coached by Vadim Tashlitsky '00.
