The Forester women's soccer team was defeated 2-0 at Milwaukee School of Engineering Thursday night.
The Raiders took the lead less than seven minutes into the contest on their only shot of the opening half. Lake Forest attempted six shots in the period, including four on target, but were unable to tie the score.
The home team had a 7-3 advantage in shots in the final 45 minutes and netted an insurance goal at the 70:04 mark.
The loss dropped the Foresters' record on the season to 3-4-0 while MSOE improved to 2-4-0.
Lake Forest will play its eighth game in 16 days against visiting Edgewood College Saturday at 1:00 p.m.
